Throughout the years, the experiences Chef Christian S.G have had truly shaped his creative style of cooking. Each recipe he prepares is a journey through places, memories and stories about what he loves the most. Our Chef believes that "every dish should be savored and shared".

Starting as a baker in the family business in the beautiful Ciudad del Este, in Paraguay at the early age of 12 and by the time he was 15, he was running the family bakery at his mother’s tutelage. Started fusing recipes from the classic Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil’s catalogue in the first culinary school in his hometown.

Chef Christian S.G has a B.A. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, as well as a Culinary Degree, expert in Latin Cuisine, Italian and French Concepts, American Casual and Modern, specialized in Fusion Creations with contemporary Techniques creating dishes with fresh and quality ingredients. When he is not whipping up something delightful, he can be found researching new techniques, and following his curiosity to discover new inspirations to share with you.
